Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PL Nova Studio ("we") handles information in the SportsAI Predict Android app (package com.sportsai.reference).
1. Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile photo. We use them only to create and identify your account and display your profile in the app.
2. Locally stored preferences
Settings such as favourite teams, leagues, language and display options are stored on your device. You can clear them by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model, OS version and ad-interaction data to serve, measure and (where permitted) personalise ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4. Subscriptions (Google Play Billing)
Paid subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We receive purchase status (e.g. subscription active, purchase token) to unlock features. We never receive or store your card or payment details.
5. Crash and diagnostic data
If crash reporting or diagnostics are enabled in the app, technical data such as crash logs, device model, OS version and app version may be collected to fix bugs and improve stability. It is not used to identify you personally.
6. No sale of data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above (Google) as needed to operate the app, or when required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account data only while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing peterman921yt@gmail.com; see Account & Data Deletion. We process requests within 30 days. Data held by Google (e.g. Play purchase records) is governed by Google's own policies.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Children
The app is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.

1. Google 登入

喜愛的球隊、聯賽、語言與顯示選項等設定儲存在您的裝置上。清除 App 資料或解除安裝即可刪除。

4. 訂閱（Google Play 結帳）
付費訂閱由 Google Play 處理。我們僅接收購買狀態（如訂閱是否有效、購買憑證）以解鎖功能，絕不接收或儲存您的信用卡或付款資訊。
5. 當機與診斷資料
若 App 啟用當機回報或診斷功能，可能收集當機記錄、裝置型號、作業系統及 App 版本等技術資料，用於修正錯誤與提升穩定性，不用於識別個人身分。
6. 不出售資料
我們不會出售您的個人資料，僅在營運 App 所需時與上述服務供應商（Google）分享，或依法律要求提供。
7. 保存與刪除
帳號資料僅在帳號有效期間保存。您可隨時寄信至 peterman921yt@gmail.com 要求刪除帳號及相關資料，詳見帳號與資料刪除。我們將於 30 天內處理。Google 持有的資料（如 Play 購買記錄）適用 Google 自身政策。
8. 安全
資料透過加密連線（HTTPS）傳輸。雖無任何方法能百分之百安全，我們會採取合理措施保護您的資訊。
9. 兒童
本 App 並非以未滿 18 歲者為對象，我們不會故意收集其資料。若您認為有未成年人提供了資料，請聯絡我們，我們將予以刪除。
10. 變更
我們可能更新本政策，並相應更新上方生效日期。
