Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your SportsAI Predict account (by PL Nova Studio) and associated data.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to peterman921yt@gmail.com with the subject "SportsAI Predict account deletion".
2. Send it from, or include, the Google account email you use to sign in to the app.
3. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account record: email, name, profile photo.
• Any app data linked to your account on our side, such as saved preferences or favourites.

What may be retained

• Purchase and subscription records kept by Google Play under Google's policies. We may keep minimal transaction references where required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes, for up to the period the law requires.
• Ad data collected by Google AdMob is controlled by Google. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

Other steps

• Cancel any active subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription automatically.
• Locally stored data is removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
• You can also revoke the app's access in your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections.

申請方式

2. 請使用（或在信中註明）您登入 App 的 Google 帳號電子郵件。
3. 我們將於 30 天內確認並完成刪除。

將刪除的資料

• 您的帳號記錄：電子郵件、姓名、大頭貼照。
• 我們端與您帳號連結的 App 資料，例如偏好設定或收藏。

可能保留的資料

• Google Play 依其政策保存的購買與訂閱記錄。我們可能依法律、稅務或防詐要求，在法定期間內保留最低限度的交易參考資料。
• Google AdMob 收集的廣告資料由 Google 管理，您可在裝置設定中重設廣告 ID。

其他步驟

• 請於 Google Play →「付款與訂閱」取消有效訂閱；刪除帳號不會自動取消訂閱。
• 清除 App 資料或解除安裝即可移除本機資料。
• 您也可以在 Google 帳戶 →「安全性」→「第三方連線」撤銷本 App 的存取權。
